Our approach to privacy

SPACE: Availability Planner is designed to turn the free time in calendars you choose into a clear, shareable availability list. Privacy is central to how SPACE works.

Calendar information

SPACE requests permission to read only the calendars you select. It uses this information on your device to calculate your availability.

Calendar event titles, times, notes and other calendar information are not sent to SPACE or stored on our servers.

Information we collect

SPACE does not collect personal information, create user accounts, use advertising trackers, or use third-party analytics.

Your preferences and generated availability are stored locally on your device so the app can work as expected.

Purchases

Optional SPACE Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple handles subscription and payment information under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

When you choose to copy, save or share generated availability, you decide where it goes. SPACE does not send that content anywhere automatically.

Children's privacy

SPACE is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if SPACE changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.
